Key Responsibilities Of The Customer Success Specialist
* Responding quickly and professionally to customer queries across email, chat, phone, and social media
* Supporting customers in the UK, US, and Germany (dont worry, you dont need to speak German!)
* Maintaining customer accounts and following up to ensure every issue is resolved
* Sharing feedback to help us improve our products and service
* Collaborating with a friendly team to deliver solutions and build trust
* Embodying the voice and values of our two beautiful brands
What We're Looking For
* A superstar communicator with excellent English and razor-sharp people skills
* Confidence on the phone and in writing, with a helpful, can-do attitude
* Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* UK work authorisation (required)
* Own transport preferred due to shift hours and location (on-site only)
