Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts department, providing support and maintaining accurate records. This position requires excellent organisational skills, and proficiency in various software applications.
Duties
* To provide support to the Financial Controller
* To complete regular updates of the company CRM system for Cash in from the company bank.
* Upload Invoices onto the company accounting system
* Regular bank reconciliations on the company accounting system
* Weekly importing of completed cases on the company accounting system
* Weekly and Monthly invoicing to partners.
* Checking commission statement for clawbacks
* Daily review of post for finance department
* Work through daily payment requests from staff
* Monthly audits to check CRM cost section being updated correctly.
* Updating and maintaining both purchase ledger and sales ledger.
* Support in preparation of monthly management accounts
* Support in Monthly Payroll
Experience
* Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
