Vernacare is seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Communications Executive to join our Marketing team following an internal promotion. This position plays a critical role in delivering highquality communication initiatives that enhance brand visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support our strategic business objectives. Role Overview
The Marketing Communications Executive will support the creation, development, and delivery of multichannel communications that reflect Vernacares brand standards and business priorities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organisation.
You will contribute to digital marketing initiatives, internal and external communications, product launch support, brand development, and event coordination across the UK and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce and manage content across corporate communication channels including website, PR, social media, and email marketing.
* Support the development and communication of Vernacares value proposition and HERO brand messaging.
* Maintain consistency of tone, style, and brand execution across all communication outputs.
* Manage updates and digital assets within the WordPress CMS to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
* Draft, optimise, and publish SEO-focused content to support organic search performance.
* Support digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics reporting.
* Collaborate with Product Managers to deliver product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.
* Lead planning, coordination, and administration for internal and external events, exhibitions, and conferences.
* Provide internal communications support to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
* Coordinate activities with external agencies, suppliers, and PR partners.
* Promote the One Vernacare approach to foster alignment across departments.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
* Degree-level education in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Advertising, Business Management, or related discipline (desirable).
* Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification (desirable).
Experience
* Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing role (essential).
* Experience in healthcare or medical devices marketing (desirable).
Skills & Knowledge
* Proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management (essential).
* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.

Working Arrangements
This role is primarily based at our Worksop site and operates under a flexible hybrid working model. Occasional travel to other Vernacare locations and UK events may be required.
