Claims Recovery Handler
As a Recovery Handler you will be working on behalf of a large insurance company handling a portfolio of non-fault claims recovering the costs incurred.
Responsibilities
* Managing and processing the claim proactively whilst keeping the relevant parties updated.
* Handling the claims from first notification of the accident until resolution.
* Assessing liability of a motor accident, collating and reviewing evidence whilst using good negotiations skills.
Who this role suits
The ideal candidate will be someone with previous experience in debt recovery or claims handling, with a good understanding of the recovery process. However, full training can be provided. The candidate will have great customer service skills, ability to analyse liability and good organisational skills. Attention to detail is key when managing a caseload and ensuring an effective diary system is adhered to.
