Delivery Manager

Salary – Up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location – Hull, Carr Lane, 2 days office based minimum

What you’ll be doing
* Lead and manage the full delivery lifecycle for customer orders and projects.
* Develop delivery plans, schedules, and resource forecasts in collaboration with key teams.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors.
* Chair regular WIP calls and provide progress updates to senior leadership.
* Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics, taking proactive action to resolve issues.
* Drive quality assurance, compliance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Oversee contractor performance and ensure seamless customer installations and migrations.
* Work with service operations to ensure smooth handover to in-life service management.
Essential
* Proven experience delivering telecoms infrastructure or network services (fibre, fixed-line, data networks, hosted voice).
* Strong project management and delivery skills, ideally with Agile or hybrid methodologies.
* Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
* People management experience and ability to lead teams effectively.
* Strong problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills.
Preferred
* Knowledge of telecoms delivery processes (planning, wayleaves, permitting).
* Industry qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL, or Agile certification.
* Experience using data to inform strategy and measure performance.
