Location: Milton Keynes Contract length: 3 months Start date: ASAP Pay rate: £14.43 per hour Key Responsibilities Provide professional and timely support to clients via calls and emails. Manage work orders, quotations, and purchase orders accurately. Coordinate with site teams and suppliers to meet service level agreements (SLAs). Drive engineering teams to attend callouts and maintenance visits within required timeframes. Maintain contract compliance and ensure all work aligns with agreed scope. Monitor and update records from initial customer contact through to completion. Actively identify and implement innovations to enhance contract performance. Maintain QHSE documentation and manage systems for PPM records and reporting. Support HR processes such as maintaining staff records and onboarding. Communicate effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders. About You Education: GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths; A-Level/HNC preferred. Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with systems like Dynamics, Concept, Maximo. Experience: Previous customer-facing role in a medium-sized business. Attributes : Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive approach.
