We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our dynamic HR Consulting practice, with a specialism in skills and talent technology. In this leadership role, you'll spearhead transformational HR projects for some of the world’s most influential private sector organisations, helping them redefine their people functions through cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead multi-disciplinary project teams across HR tech transformation programmes.
* Drive delivery of skills and talent initiatives, integrating technology into the HR operating model.
* Serve as a trusted advisor on the evolving skills landscape, talent intelligence platforms, and AI in HR.
* Provide strategic input on large-scale HRIS implementations (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle).
* Manage client relationships, risks, and commercials to ensure safe and successful project delivery.
* Contribute to business growth through business development, bids, and thought leadership.
* Mentor and develop talent within the practice while championing inclusion and innovation.
About You:
* Proven track record delivering complex, multi-workstream HR tech programmes.
* Strong understanding of the HR function, HR technology ecosystem, and skills-based strategies.
* Deep expertise in at least one major HRIS or skills technology platform.
* Comfortable engaging at senior client levels and managing high-pressure delivery environments.
* Skilled in change management, stakeholder engagement, and project risk mitigation.
* Passionate about shaping the future of work through technology and human-centred design.
