The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and support students with SEN and SEMH needs, helping them to access learning and build confidence.
You may have the opportunity to work across multiple provisions within the school group, providing a broad and varied experience.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting students in lessons and small group settings
* Assisting with behaviour and emotional regulation
* Helping to plan and deliver engaging activities
* Building positive relationships with pupils
* Observing experienced teachers and developing your skills
