Activities Assistant
Location: The Mole Resort
Basic Salary : £10.85- £12.71 per hour
Hours per week: Part and full time

with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities.
As an Activities
Assistant you will deliver a fun, friendly activities package to our guests.
What will I be doing?
As an Activities Assistant, you will support the Activities
Manager in planning, organizing, and implementing a variety of recreational
programs and activities designed to enhance the physical, mental, and social
well-being of guests. This role is essential in creating a vibrant community
atmosphere and ensuring guests have access to engaging and enjoyable
activities. Specifically you will be doing the following:

Taking activities
bookings and checking in guests
·
Handling
activities enquiries
·
Interact
with guests to encourage participation in activities. Build positive
relationships and provide personalized attention to ensure each guest’s needs
and preferences are met.

Prepare
activity areas, including arranging furniture and equipment. Ensure spaces are
clean and safe before and after activities.
·
Work closely
with other staff members and volunteers to coordinate activities
·
Adhere
to all safety protocols and organizational policies. Ensure all activities are
conducted in a safe and respectful manner.

Ensuring
facilities are maintained to the highest standard
·
Reporting
any faults or maintenance issues to the correct department
·
Following
operating procedures for opening and closing the facility
·
Communicating
to guests in a professional friendly manner
·
Complying
with current health and safety legislation
·
Liaising
with other departments promoting teamwork
What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role as a Leisure Assistant at The

Previous experience in a hospitality or leisure
environment is advantageous
Although previous experience would be beneficial, it is not
essential as full training will be provided.
You will be key in delivering our brand of fabulous stays
and active days.
