We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential sales team in Abbeydale, Gloucester working in our well known Taylors estate agency.

Your role as a Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator
8. Preferably an experienced sales person
9. Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
10. Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
11. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
13. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
14. A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
