We are looking for a highly organized Admin Assistant / Project Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure projects move forward efficiently. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with digital platforms such as Google Business Profile, Shopify, and content publishing tools.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
2. Manage administrative support, documentation, and reporting
3. Assist with Google Business Profile updates and maintenance
4. Publish and update content on Shopify and other publishing platforms
5. Track progress using project management tools and follow up on pending tasks
6. Communicate clearly with internal team members and stakeholders
Requirements
7. Experience in administrative support or project coordination
8. Familiarity with Google Business Profile and Shopify (or similar platforms)
9. Working knowledge of publishing and project management tools
10. Strong organizational and time management skills
11. Clear written and verbal communication
