Agricultural Customer Account Manager
Location: Newent, Gloucestershire
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000
The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and personable Account Manager to join a leading agricultural business. This is a pivotal role focused on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing expert advice, and ensuring an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
You’ll be the main point of contact for farmers and agricultural customers helping them maximise the value of their products and services, identifying opportunities for additional support, and ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

The Role:
* Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients
* Provide quotes, manage enquiries, and follow up on leads
* Deliver first-class customer service and support
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
* Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team
* Support the management of the company’s website and social media presence
The Candidate:
* A confident and personable communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and trust
* A genuine “people person” who enjoys engaging with clients and offering tailored solutions
* Experience in sales, account management, or customer service (preferably B2B)
* Agricultural knowledge is desirable but not essential full training will be provided
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach
* Comfortable managing client communications across multiple channels (phone, email, social media)
