What You Will Do:
Manage and progress day-to-day operations within the Safeguarding & Early Help Team.
Promote early preventative action to reduce risks and protect vulnerable individuals.
Make evidence-based decisions in safeguarding cases and lead on low-risk inquiries.
Represent the team in multi-agency meetings, fostering strong professional partnerships.
Maintain best practice safeguarding standards in all interventions and casework.
Confidently handle a high-volume caseload, showing excellent time management and prioritisation.
