This is a unique opportunity to join an established but expanding team responsible for the governance and oversight of several of J.P. Morgan's legal entities concerning the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Client Asset (CASS) regulations.
As a CASS Governance and Oversight - Breaches, Audit, and Training - Vice President in the CASS Governance and Oversight team, you will oversee breach management processes, coordinate the annual external CASS audit, develop CASS training, and manage ad hoc CASS projects. You will be part of the CASS Governance & Oversight and UK Outsourcing Governance teams, which are tasked with designing, implementing, and overseeing governance frameworks to ensure compliance with FCA and PRA requirements across the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB).
You will work closely with Operations, Business, Product Management, Compliance, Audit, and Risk teams across all legal entities involved in in-scope activities.
Job Responsibilities Manage breach management processes, including reporting potential breaches and supporting remediation efforts.
Coordinate the annual external CASS audit and internal compliance testing.
Develop and deliver CASS training to relevant stakeholders, including senior management and board members.
Manage the CASS Resolution Pack, including testing documentation and maintaining master documents.
Handle ad hoc CASS tasks and projects as required.
Oversee daily operations of the CASS Governance & Oversight team.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and operations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Understanding of UK CASS rules and their practical application.
