Job Summary:
We are seeking a Product Owner within our Digital Audit Team. You will manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with the development team to enhance our digital products and processes, supporting a digital-first approach to audit. You will play a key role in implementing these products and leading the transition towards digital transformation. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders across the firm will be essential to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.
A look into the role
As a Product Owner, you will:
* Drive the transformation to a digital-first approach by working with stakeholders to meet evolving user needs.
* Manage the entire lifecycle of specific products within our suite.
* Gather information to define product needs, vision, and communicate this to the development team.
* Prioritize feature development through backlog management.
* Plan product releases and set expectations for new functionalities.
* Develop proficiency in digital products and platforms to facilitate the transition to a digital-first approach.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to maximize adoption of external digital audit products, establishing governance to ensure quality and risk management.
You will also collaborate across the GTIL network to share knowledge, skills, and best practices to enhance our digital offerings locally and globally.
Knowing you’re right for us
To join as an Assistant Manager/Manager, you should be driven and solution-oriented. Experience in digital solutions within an audit or similar professional environment is preferred, but we value potential and are happy to support your development.
* Proven experience as a Product Owner, especially in implementing digital solutions in audit or professional services.
* Deep understanding of Agile principles and processes.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience driving digital transformation initiatives.
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
