Our key strength is our team of over 1, WSET-trained colleagues who provide knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly customer service across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety, and legal standards through mandatory training.
* Lead by example, supporting junior team members and feeding back to your Store Manager.
* As a key holder, operate the store independently during opening and closing hours.
Knowledge & Skills Required
* Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and service.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive attitude with a passion for problem-solving.
* Adaptable and resilient to changing business demands.
* Effective communication and time management skills.
* Passion to learn more about wine, with a goal to pass level 2 WSET qualifications.
* Full UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
What is in it for you:
* Up to 20% staff discount.
* Career development opportunities supported by in-house training schemes.
* Uniform provided.
* Access to Retail Trust benefits, including discounts, counselling, and support services.
Job Specifics:
