Responsible for maintaining procedures and processes while managing your own team

Address performance issues efficiently and communicate plans to the team

5 years experience in a manufacturing environment or Bachelor's degree
Management experience and the skills to optimise team development
Knowledge of conflict management and business negotiation processes
