The post holder will be responsible for leading and delivering an extensive portfolio of strategic and operational programmes which delivers high quality, patient centered services. Main duties of the job The post holder will provide leadership, strategic and professional management combined with operational responsibility for partnership working and operational planning in the locality and on identified areas, across the Primary Care, Community Services and Complex and Long-Term Care Division. They will take a lead role supporting the General Manager/Divisional Director, in the development and implementation planning working jointly with the Local Authority and Third Sector partners.
