The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students to achieve both academically and personally. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Providing 1:1 support to help students overcome barriers to learning
✅ Adapting resources and approaches to meet a range of individual needs
✅ Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and supportive lessons

What We’re Looking For
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g. Teaching & Learning, Health & Social Care, or similar)
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students
Confidence supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
A patient, proactive, and committed approach
Ability to provide references and obtain an enhanced DBS and Right to Work in the UK
