A friendly, well-established accountancy practice in Hazel Grove is seeking a Tax & Accounts Assistant Manager to manage a varied client portfolio and support a small team as the firm continues to grow. The Role: * Manage a portfolio of SME clients * Prepare statutory accounts for limited companies (FRS 102 / FRS 105) * Corporation tax computations and self-assessment tax returns * Prepare accounts for sole traders and partnerships * Review work and assist with managing junior staff * Liaise with clients and HMRC * Attend client meetings when required About You: * Minimum 3 years’ experience in an accountancy practice * AAT, ACA, ACCA or QBE * Confident managing client relationships * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills * Experience using Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and MS Office * Comfortable working independently and representing the firm What’s on Offer: * £40,000 – £45,000 DOE * Hybrid working – 2 days from home * Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm * Supportive, friendly practice environment * Long-term progression opportunity Do not delay - APPLY NOW
