37.5 hours per week, permanent Salary: Agenda for Change Band 7 Please note Foyle Hospice terms and conditions vary from Agenda for Change Foyle Hospice is seeking to appoint an experienced and ambitious professional to provide strategic leadership and ensure the operational delivery for public relations, marketing, and internal and external communications to enhance visibility and impact aligned to our values and Strategic Plan and to increase revenue and growth. The successful candidate will have: A third-level qualification (i.e., degree or Level 5 Diploma) in communications management or marketing-related discipline, or three years experience (within marketing, communications, or relevant). Three years of relevant experience in leading and managing a team, including demonstrating values-aligned behaviour to deliver on results. Proven experience in making a measurable impact in relation to brand management, marketing and communications outcomes. Expertise in developing and implementing innovative and forward-thinking PR, marketing and communication strategies and plans to increase brand exposure. Experience of maximising digital marketing, social media management and website optimization and utilising SEO and data analytics to drive decision-making.
