We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Glasgow. In this pivotal role, you will oversee electrical projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering high-quality results that align with our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
* Supervise electrical installations and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
* on site work to aid in project completion.
* Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet client expectations.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the electrical team, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
* Develop and interpret electrical schematics for various projects.
* Troubleshoot issues related to programmable logic controllers and other electrical systems.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control across all electrical work.
* Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project activities.
* Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and compliance.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and safety standards.
* Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful delivery.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics.
* Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
* Familiarity with programmable logic controllers is highly desirable.
* Mechanical knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
* Good command of English for effective communication.
