About the role:
Full-time role, Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm (covering 9am – 5pm on occasion to suit business needs), working alongside our experience planning and administration team.
Duties will include:
1. Liaise between drivers either on the phone or at the workshop reception
2. Liaise with other workshop members including managers, mechanics and stores personnel
3. Book in vehicles and input job cards into the Accelerator system
4. Manage accident reporting spread sheet with Health & Safety
5. General clerical duties to include filing / photocopying / stationary audits / first aid audits etc.
6. Invoice reconciliation; price checks, parts, jobs complete
7. Ensuring all work carried out by Plant Fitter is recorded and followed up
8. Processing tyre invoices
9. Administration of inspection paperwork for trailers, units and small plant
10. Taking, logging and ensuring efficiency of ATF Bookings
11. Completing and updating daily/weekly fire log
12. Acting as first point of contact for all 3rd party work, contractual and ad hoc, including taking bookings, providing updates and liaising with internal departments for invoice preparation.
The successful candidate should have:
13. Previous experience within an administrative role (desirable, full training will be provided)
14. Excellent telephone manner
15. Good written and verbal communication skills, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy
16. Organisational skills with the ability to work within a time sensitive environment
17. Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
