Overview
As a Bank Housekeeping Assistant at a Barchester care home, you\'ll help create a warm and homely environment that enables us to meet each resident\'s unique needs. The role involves keeping the home clean and safe, and carrying out a variety of housekeeping and cleaning tasks to ensure everyone can enjoy a clean, tidy and welcoming environment. This position has a flexible bank arrangement to provide cover as needed (for example, during annual leave or sick leave), so hours and days will vary.
Responsibilities
* Carry out a range of housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness, order, and safety within the care home.
* Follow infection prevention and health and safety guidelines to protect residents, visitors, and staff.
* Support a warm and welcoming environment for residents and colleagues.
