Parts Advisor Role:
* Dealing with customers daily via telephone and email
* You will be sourcing and locating parts, discussing a price, and arranging delivery of the products to their site.
* Make sure the system is up to date and all parts are accounted for.
* Assisting with stock checks.
* Delivering a high level of customer service.
Parts Advisor Requirements:
* Previous experience in the Automotive Parts Department
* Having a Full UK driving license will be advantageous but not essential
* Customer service experience is essential
