The Digital Activation Manager, Ostomy Care Global, is responsible for driving digital marketing activation across web and email channels for the Global Ostomy Care business unit.
This role ensures the delivery, localization, and optimization of digital assets and campaigns to support both global priorities and local market needs, enabling best‑in‑class digital engagement and lead generation. The role also oversees platform analytics across web and email, leveraging data and insights to monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and inform decision‑making across digital channels.
Website & Content Management
* Own global website operations for Ostomy Care, delivering scalable, accessible, and high‑performing content across markets.
* Maintain global master templates and assets, optimise SEO and performance, and partner with central teams to improve site architecture, conversion journeys, and market adoption.
* Lead regular web working groups to align markets on updates and best practices.
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
* Lead global email marketing and automated customer journeys within Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Journeys.
* Build and optimise templates, campaigns, and nurturing flows, while supporting local markets with lead management and paid media optimisation through data‑driven insights.
Digital Campaigns & Creative Activation
* Drive continuous improvement of web and email experiences through creative optimisation, CMS enhancements, and UX‑focused content.
* Maintain a global digital content calendar aligned across channels and support markets with targeted, localised activation.
Digital Infrastructure & Collaboration
* Collaborate with IT, Global Marketing Services, and marketing stakeholders to deliver digital infrastructure improvements, including UX/UI enhancements, A/B testing, accessibility compliance, and roadmap alignment across global and local teams.
Platform & Asset Management
* Manage CMS, PIM, and DAM platforms to ensure effective delivery and adoption of global web and email content.
* Lead rollout and ongoing support of Ostomy Care digital assets across markets.
Governance, Compliance & Localization
* Support digital content governance, including MRL approvals, QR code deployment, and localisation workflows.
* Enable accurate and timely translation and adaptation of global assets using approved tools.
Performance Tracking & Best Practice Sharing
* Track and analyse web and email performance to identify optimisation and ROI opportunities.
* Share insights with marketing leads and facilitate monthly digital forums to promote best practices in multi‑channel marketing.
About You
* Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, business management, or computer science).
* Proven experience in digital website management, content editing, and campaign activation, ideally in healthcare or MedTech.
* Proven experience using CMS platforms (such as Optimizely), email marketing technologies (Microsoft 365 Journeys), and digital asset/product information management systems (Aprimo and inriver).
* Strong creative skills and experience developing compelling customer‑facing digital solutions.
* Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, personalization, and audience segmentation.
* High technical literacy and interest in new digital platforms and content trends.
* Demonstrated experience working in a Global organisation, supporting multiple local markets, and leading cross‑functional teams through influence with clear direction and accountability.
* Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across diverse geographies and functions.
* Strong project management and change management capabilities, with experience in process standardization and scalability.
* Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze data to extract insights and develop recommendations.
* Highly organized with strong prioritization, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
