We’re looking for a commercially-minded Financial Analyst / FBP to join a dynamic, consumer-focused business in Vauxhall. This isn’t just number crunching – you’ll be at the heart of decision-making, helping drive growth, guide strategy, and influence key business decisions across retail and marketing teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Commercial Analysis & Business Partnering: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to provide actionable financial insights.
* FP&A & Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
* Problem Solving: Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and commercial results.
* Business case analysis.
* Leading on innovation strategy and planning.
* Culture Champion: Contribute to a fun, energetic, and collaborative work environment.
Who We’re After
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
* Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
* Experience in retail, eCommerce, or FMCG.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
* Passionate about improving processes and driving impact.
