CNC Milling Machine Operator

Pertemps Wolverhampton is recruiting on behalf of a long-standing engineering and manufacturing client based in Wolverhampton. We are searching for an experienced CNC Milling Machine Operative with a strong background in precision machining.
Responsibilities
* Setting and operating CNC milling machines (e.g. Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, Hurco, Heidenhain)
* Machining metal components to specification using milling equipment
* Reading and interpreting engineering and technical drawings
* Using measuring equipment (verniers, micrometers, gauges) for quality inspection
* Maintaining accuracy, tolerances, and production targets
* Following health & safety and manufacturing procedures
Essential Experience & Skills
* Proven CNC milling experience (manual and/or CNC)
* Ability to work from engineering drawings and job specifications
* Background in precision engineering, metal manufacturing, or machining
* Experience with materials such as mild steel, aluminium, stainless steel, etc.
* Understanding of tooling, offsets, feeds/speeds, and machine setups
Hours & Pay
* Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 4:30pm
* £13.00 per hour (temp to perm)
* Immediate start available
