Experience and Skills
Previous experience in complex care (tracheostomy, PEG, ventilation, seizure management) desirable – full training provided.
A genuine passion for person‑centred care and community‑based working.
Experience supporting children and/or adults with complex health needs (preferred but not essential).
Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a strong desire to make a difference.

Job Details
* Pay: £15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay – clearly itemised on payslips)
* Shifts Available: Day and Night shifts
* Contract Type: Zero Hours Contract – consistent rostering to ensure continuity for both staff and clients
