About the Role: As a Part-Time SEN Teacher, you will: Plan, deliver and assess individualised learning programs for students with SEN Work closely with the SENCO and support staff to create a positive and inclusive environment Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other learning challenges Foster strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on progress and development Maintain up-to-date records in line with EHCPs and other educational plans Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Proven experience working with children with special educational needs Strong understanding of SEND Code of Practice and relevant safeguarding procedures Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to teaching Why Join Us?
