Naval Architect - Superyacht Projects
Join a team shaping some of the world's most exciting large yacht designs. We're looking for talented experienced Naval Architects to take on high‑level technical challenges across multiple superyacht projects and help turn ambitious concepts into reality.
What you’ll be doing
Get hands‑on with the full spectrum of naval architecture tasks, including:
* Driving parametric analyses, hull form development and powering studies
* Leading intact and damage stability calculations (Maxsurf experience ideal)
* Producing detailed weight estimates and managing weight control
* Supporting classification and statutory documentation (LSA, fire protection, etc.)
* Taking part in inclining experiments, deadweight surveys, and site visits
* Developing general arrangements and a range of technical drawingsProviding wider design support across the engineering and outfitting disciplines
What you bring
* Degree in Naval Architecture or Superyacht Design
* 3-5+ years' experience, ideally within the large yacht sector
* Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks
* Understanding of superyacht fitout detailing and integration
* Confident with 2D drafting and 3D modelling (AutoCAD and Rhino preferred)
* Excellent technical report writing and communication skills
* A collaborative mindset - able to work within a team or lead tasks independently
* UK work authorisation
