Your new role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing supermarket fit-out projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. You will manage site operations from start topletion, coordinating subcontractors, managing site teams and ensuringpliance with all health & safety regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing day-to-day site activity on live retail environments
2. Coordinating subcontractors and trades
3. Ensuring projects are delivered on programme and within budget
4. Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control
5. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal project teams
6. Leading by example to ensure a professional, efficient site culture
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience managing fit-out projects, ideally within the retail or supermarket sector.
You will also require:
7. Proven experience in delivering supermarket or retial fit-outs
8. SMSTS qualification
9. Valid CSCS Card (Black, Gold or White)
10. First Aid certification
11. Strong leadership andmunication skills
12. Experience working in fast-paced, live environments
13. Ability to manage multiple trades and tight deadlines
14. UK driver's licence and ability to cover projects nationwide
Additional tickets, certifications, or relevant training will be considered advantageous.
