Main responsibilities:
1. Serving guest in all areas of the Food & Beverage department including the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Meetings & Events
2. Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner
3. Ensuring cleanliness of work areas
4. Following departmental and company policies and procedures
5. Complying with legislative and safety regulations
6. Remaining polite and courteous at all time
What are we looking for?

12. Flexibility to work shifts - mornings, evenings and weekends
It would be advantageous if you could demonstrate the following:

14. Experience with cash handling
15. Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
