A leading Scotland-wide charity is seeking a proactive and proficient Data Analyst Administrator to support their fast-paced team on a temporary assignment. This position can be fully remote with occasional travel to Edinburgh, and they are looking for someone to start immediately.
Your new role
1. Review final project reports to identify and extract relevant data and information aligned to agreed performance measures and indicators.
2. Review internal systems forpleted projects to ensure all required data and information have been accurately recorded.
3. Examine project reports, assessing future delivery needs, potential scale of activity, estimated scope of work, and any additional funding sources involved.
4. Check for duplicated data and work with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting.
5. Collate information on job creation and role support across all projects.

6. Good understanding of data and information management, with experience using these principles in practice.
7. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team and provide customer-focused service.
8. Able to work flexibly, use initiative, and find creative solutions when needed.
9. Clear written and verbalmunication skills, with the ability to explainplex information simply.
