Tractor Driver - Temp-to-Perm Role (£14/hr)
We are looking for an experienced Tractor Driver to join a busy farm on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to secure a permanent role after a successful probation/trial period.
Location: TF11
Rate: £14 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate, maintain, and secure agricultural or industrial tractors and machinery
* Perform fieldwork including ploughing, planting, spraying, and harvesting
* Assist with general farm duties when tractor work is completed, such as grading, packing, and loading
Requirements:
* Previous tractor driving experience
* Ability to start early during peak periods
* Availability to work 6 days out of 7 during the busiest times
* Own transport (due to site location)
* Reliability and a strong work ethic
