We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional, high‑quality service. You will be the primary point of contact for our drivers, guiding them through their leasing journey from order to return and beyond, acting as an expert guide through the transition to zero‑carbon driving.

Our service is primarily delivered over the phone. You will turn complex logistics updates into reassuring conversations and transform potential complaints into positive feedback.


What you'll do

* Deliver 5 star phone support – handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy, ensuring every driver feels heard and valued.
* Own the driver journey – manage the end‑to‑end process from order through delivery, removing blockers and communicating updates.
* Champion brand reputation – proactively seek opportunities to delight drivers and secure high‑quality feedback.
* Creative problem solving – when hurdles arise, find fair solutions that keep drivers mobile and happy.
* Operational resilience – maintain high standards and a positive attitude during busy periods.


What you'll need

* Excellent phone manner – natural communicator, builds rapport quickly, stays calm under pressure.
* A passion for service – genuinely enjoy helping people and go the extra mile for a memorable experience.
* Resilience and grit – thrive in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment and view challenging conversations as opportunities.
* Attention to detail – track small things, ensure no detail is missed in contracting or delivery.
* A team‑player mindset – work closely with team, share feedback, suggest process improvements.
* Knowledge of cars/EVs (preferable) – background or interest in automotive or electric vehicles is an advantage.
