Legal Assistant - Private Client & Commercial Property Location: Newark (hybrid) Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (pro rata for part-time) Contract: Full-time or part-time considered We are seeking an organised and proactive Legal Assistant to join a well-regarded Private client team based in Newark. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced solicitors/ Partners, providing essential support in a friendly and professional environment. The Role You will assist fee earners with a wide range of administrative and legal tasks, which may include: Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence. Managing client files, ensuring accurate records are maintained. Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other third parties via phone, email, and in person. Conducting legal research as required. Assisting with billing and file management procedures. Supporting with diary management, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings.
