About the Position
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media platforms for our shows.
This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying key moments from podcasts, using AI tools to clip and enhance content, and building an inspiring digital presence that can transform lives.
You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-driven content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential for creating engaging, motivational content that elevates each show’s brand. A deep understanding of content culture—what resonates, shares, and captures attention—is crucial.
Responsibilities
1. Multi-channel content strategy – Develop and implement strategies across YouTube and social platforms to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth.
2. Video editing and clipping – Edit clips from full episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the podcast’s tone and style.
3. YouTube growth & optimisation – Drive YouTube channel growth through content optimization, compelling titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features.
4. AI content creation and curation – Plan and produce high-quality visual content using AI tools, maintaining consistent branding.
5. Content scheduling and delivery – Upload and schedule content across platforms, aligning with marketing calendars and partner needs.
6. Copywriting and tone of voice – Use AI to craft inspiring, engaging copy that reflects each podcast’s values and maintains a consistent tone.
7. Community management – Engage with audiences across social media and YouTube, responding to comments and fostering a positive community.
8. Performance tracking and reporting – Analyze metrics via YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, etc., report findings, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Skills & Experience
* Successful track record managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, increasing views, engagement, and subscribers.
* Strong understanding of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with analytical skills.
* Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus; familiarity with scheduling and analytics platforms.
* Experience creating visually appealing content (e.g., thumbnails, carousels).
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
* Adaptability to shifting deadlines and content priorities.
