About the Role
Our Secondary Phase focuses on preparing students for the professional world, leveraging our Enterprise specialization to develop independent and collaborative skills. We aim to create an environment where diligence and structure help students build resilience and determination.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking an energetic and personable individual for a one-on-one support role with a Year 9 student with autism. The student may display challenging behaviour when expectations are not met but generally maintains a manageable demeanour. Consistent support and clear boundaries are essential for her progress.

All pay rates include statutory holiday pay (12.07%). This is a temporary position, with potential for permanence in the future.
Safeguarding
Protocol Education is committed to safeguarding children. We conduct safeguarding checks in line with the DfE guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’, which may include online searches of shortlisted candidates.
We offer free online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training. All candidates must have or obtain a valid enhanced DBS check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
