Our operation in Doncaster is looking for a focused and meticulous Warehouse Shift Supervisor to ensure the safe and efficient running of operations to meet and exceed customer expectations. This role covers Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00.
Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of Team Leaders and warehouse colleagues; allocate work fairly and effectively to meet all operational requirements.
* Plan ahead to ensure sufficient cover across holidays, sickness, and absences; monitor attendance, punctuality, and absenteeism.
* Contribute to colleagues’ training and development to foster growth and success.
* Build excellent working relationships with clients and internal customers; ensure customer requirements are fulfilled to the highest standard.
* Uphold high housekeeping standards; promote continuous improvement within the warehouse; ensure health and safety rules and procedures are followed.
What we are looking for
* Experienced Warehouse Supervisor from a similar logistics environment.
* Demonstrable experience leading, managing, and motivating a team; knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (beneficial).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; reliable, punctual, and flexible; strong communication and customer engagement skills for regular customer interaction.
