Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking to recruit full time Parts Supervisor to join our busy Aftercare & Service team.
Key responsibilities
Source & purchase parts in line with quality and budgetary guidelines, seeking to increase profits where possible
Monitoring and controlling stock levels & optimizing inventory
to ensure our Mobile Service Engineers have a constant supply.
Update internal and external customers on progress of parts supply.
Accurately checking in deliveries against order lists, ensuring correct parts and quantities.
Prepare and process dispatch paperwork including progress sheets, picking lists and delivery notes.
Keeping information accurate and up-to-date on our in-house systems.
Manage courier relationships to ensure best service possible.
Building strong relationships with internal teams, customers and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Perform regular inventory audits at various satellite storage locations within the UK.
Implementing strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability within the parts department.
The Candidate
Experience in a similar role is essential.
Ability to work on own initiative with a minimum of supervision.
Proven ability to work within a fast paced, evolving and demanding environment.
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Driving licence required
