Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a high-growth organisation, on the recruitment of an HR Business Partner.
Working closely with the Head of HR, as HR Business Partner you will work with the leadership team, to deliver HR initiatives that drive strategic and commercial value. You will have a particular focus on employee relations and will preferably come from a fast paced background.
Duties:
1. Accountable for delivering comprehensive employee relations support and effective case handling to teams, including providing advice and coaching on matters such as disciplinary actions, grievances, performance issues, attendance management, exit processes, probation periods, and TUPE transfers, all in alignment with current legal requirements.
2. Forge strong partnerships with managers in the designated business unit, acting as a strategic advisor to identify, design, and implement HR solutions that drive operational success.
3. Lead the planning and execution of acquisitions and organisational changes, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and long-term strategy.
4. Develop clear career progression frameworks within the business unit, integrating learning, development, and reward systems to support employee growth.
