What We Offer: A rewarding career with a top automotive group in BC Permanent, full‑time role Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and mental wellness support A supportive, collaborative, and innovative workplace culture A work environment that supports work‑life balance Career Growth & Development — access to TAG University, TAG Leadership Academy, NADA training, and internal advancement opportunities Who We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of recent experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor Previous dealership experience is a strong asset Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and time‑management abilities Ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract Fluent in English (written and verbal) Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal skills Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and comfortable learning dealership systems Schedule: Full‑Time; Tuesday to Saturday Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 annually What Your Day Will Look Like: Assist internal and external customers efficiently and professionally at the parts counter Recommend and promote parts, accessories, and current specials Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and according to policy Support Service Advisors by providing accurate parts information and labour estimates when required Coordinate with Service and Sales teams to ensure timely delivery of parts Process payments from retail customers as needed Stock inventory, maintain a clean and organized parts department, and assist with inventory counts Stay current on Volkswagen product knowledge, warranty procedures, and parts updates Communicate clearly regarding delays, backorders, or delivery timelines Perform other duties as assigned by Management Apply Now and take the next step in your career!
