Are you a Contracts Manager with experience working on bespoke, high end residential projects looking for an exciting new opportunity to join this award winning business where you'll get the chance to work on prestigious projects?

The Role:
* Managing multiple projects
* Communicate regularly with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
* Draft, review and negotiate contract terms, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
* Visit client sites when required
* Handle any contract disputes and conduct amendments when necessary
The Person:
* Knowledge and understanding of building contracts
* Previous experience as Contracts Manager with High End Residential / Construction sectors
