They are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of their newest openings in Newcastle. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a venue through challenging times, overseeing a mix of wet and dry sales, with weekly sales reaching up to £50k. The venue aims to be a vibrant space for work and socializing. Success depends on effective communication and maintaining high standards across the venue.
Ideal candidates will have a background in high-volume bars or venues that emphasize premium service and quality. Creativity and innovation in service and customer experience are essential.
The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Bar Manager, with the ability to manage and motivate a large team, oversee table service, and coordinate events.
