Job Description:
Senior SAP HCM Time Management Consultant – S/4HANA
DXC Technology is looking for SuccessFactors Time Management specialists to support HR transformation programs. You will engage across the project lifecycle, designing advanced time processes that integrate seamlessly with payroll and downstream systems.
Due to the nature of our client accounts Security Clearance is required and for us to obtain this for you, you must be a British National and have resided and worked in the UK continuously for the last 5 years. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider dual nationals currently.
About the Role
The Time Management Consultant will design and configure SF Time Off or Time Tracking, including time valuation rules and integrations to ECP payroll.
The role requires deep functional competence in time configuration, workforce scheduling, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Configure SuccessFactors Time Off / Time Tracking including time types, work schedules, holiday calendars, and accrual rules
2. Design time valuation rules for overtime, premium pay, breaks, and schedule variances
3. Ensure accurate and compliant flow of time data into payroll systems (ECP or equivalent)
4. Support integration with time capture systems (e.g., clocks, attendance devices)
5. Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and document end-to-end time processes
6. Support testing cycles, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization
7. Provide guidance on best practices, compliance considerations, and release management
Essential Requirements
8. 4+ years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Time Off and/or Time Tracking
9. Strong understanding of work schedules, time valuation, accruals, and absence rules
10. Experience integrating time data with payroll systems
11. Ability to analyse complex time policies and translate them into system configuration
12. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable Skills
13. Experience with SAP CPI or attendance system integrations
14. Understanding of labour rules, overtime governance, or industry time policies
15. SuccessFactors certification in Time Off or Time Tracking
