Transitions Support Worker
Remote opening with coverage over Manchester, Oldham, North Yorkshire, North Wales, Conwy, and Wrexham.
Salary: £15.00 per hour
Car allowance: £3,600.00 per annum

What you’ll need:
* Hold a full, valid driving license.
* Use of a car.
* Willingness to travel, including possible overnight stops.
* Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging & complex behaviors.
* Caring and fun nature.
* Enjoy going out and about.
* Friendly and positive personality.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
