Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, providing support to our customers and ensuring their orders are fulfilled on time and in full. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a knack for keeping organised. The Operations Coordinator will be instrumental in being the voice of the customer and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain order trackers, Sage and Nidea to ensure customer orders are interpreted correctly.
* Coordinate communication between departments and assist in the flow of information relating to customer orders.
* Provide exceptional customer communication etiquette when interacting with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a professional representation of the company.
* Assist in improving processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
* Maintain records and documentation related to customer orders.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
* Highlight any exceptions to the Head of Operations.
Skills
* Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail to minimise errors and maintain accuracy.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear interactions with team members and clients alike.
* Excellent analysis skills to assess operational data and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and MRP systems.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
