We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time Production Operative in Pontypool, NP4 0JJ
Your pay rate as a full time Production Operative:
Typical working hours as a full time Production Operative:
You will be working a 12 hour shift which includes one of the following:
* Day shift: you will be working from 5am to 5pm on a 4 on, 4 off rota
* Night shift: you will be working from Monday to Thursday, 7pm to 5am or 9pm to 7am
Your role as a Production Operative:
* Producing high-quality bread, muffins, rolls as a part of the team on a production line
* Supporting the shift leaders to achieve targets
* Keeping your work area hygienic
* Potentially standing on your feet for up to 12 hours depending on which shift you do
* The environment is very hot to work, the work is manual and require some heavy lifting
What are we looking for in a Production Operative:
* Reliable with the ability to show initiative
* Flexible and adaptable to work across departments
* Must be able to work full time for a long term basis
* Must live in the local area (Cwmbran/Pontypool)
