Salary: £26,416
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch) with rotating Saturdays 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
In this full-time, permanent role, you'll be the first point of contact for our internal colleagues, providing top-notch IT support. You'll handle everything from logging and troubleshooting calls to liaising with other departments, maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
🎯 Provide professional IT support via phone, email, and live chat.
🔧 Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
🗂 Perform administrative tasks such as starters and leavers checks and contract changes.
🤝 Collaborate with various departments to uphold exceptional customer care standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in IT Helpdesk and customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers of varying technical abilities.
- Experience in a high-pressure environment.
- Punctual, reliable, and an outstanding communicator.
- Minimum of 1 year of IT Helpdesk experience.
- Full UK driving licence and proof of right to work in the UK.
